Prices are based on the minimum cost for each procedure for patients holding a valid Medicare card. Further discounts apply for Healthcare Card holders in many cases.
Factors that influence the price of procedures include:
- Where you live
- Sedation method
- If you have a long-acting method of contraception fitted at time of termination and what kind you choose
- Whether you have private health insurance and what your policy covers
Prices are subject to change.
** Long-acting contraception prices quoted include a standard consultation fee and the cost of the device, indicating the minimum cost for contraception insertion/injection under local anaesthetic. Intravenous sedation is an option at some clinics but involves an additional cost.
If you would like to have your long-acting reversible contraception, such as an IUD, IUS or a contraceptive implant, removed or replaced, please contact us for pricing.
